PSB Automatic Locking Systems

Macwood PSB automatic locking bolts are the pneumatic equivalent of an electrical solenoid bolt, however with significant advantages over their electrical counterparts.

PSB locking bolts will have a minimum force of 50N to retract the bolt in the event of an air failure, in normal operation this will be in excess of 200N. All bolts are operated by spring and air pressure. The PSB range includes units designed to lock doors with rails (pin bolt) and to lock glass doors without a bottom rail (fork bolt - suitable for less-secure access control doors). Units are available to suit single or pairs of doors

 

PSB 2001 Single 'Pin' Bolt

PSB 2003 Single 'Fork' Bolt

  • Single bolt for a door without a bottom rail.
  • Stainless steel shielded delryn ‘fork’ to trap the glass.
