Macwood (LE) automatic / manual door operators are ideal for use by everyone, especially people with disabilities.
The ‘LE’ range of operators meets a varied range of disability requirements, including; wheel chair users, partially sighted, the elderly and those who need assistance in walking.
The ‘LE’ range is suitable for heavily used installations and is well proven in high street situations for use in almost every building of importance.
Overhead Operator SafetyBy definition a low energy door operator, when opening a door, will not exceed 1.6 joules of kinetic energy which is the safe maximum specified by BS 7036 part 4. The safety sensor mounted on the push side will automatically re-open a closing door. Doors fitted with a Macwood 'LE' operator can always be opened manually. They function as a normal hydraulic damped door closer which, in the event of a power failure is an essential feature. |

LE2 Push-side Mounted Overhead Door Operator
- The push side surface mounted LE2 is ideal for outward opening doors.
- Heavy duty unit adjustable spring size 2-5.
- Suitable for doors with a deep reveal.
LE2 Pull-side Mounted Overhead Door Operator
- The pull side surface mounted LE2 is designed for inward opening doors.
- Slide arm and track arrangement, give a clean appearance.
- Heavy duty unit adjustable spring size 2-4.
LEC Concealed Mounting Overhead Door Operator
- Concealed mounting.
- Suitable for outward opening doors.
- Concealed track and arm arrangement.
- Available with either spring size 3 or 4.
LEC-OD1 Push-side Door Mounted Overhead Door Operator
- Suitable for applications where there is no room above the door to install a frame mounted operator.
